ChatStat releases first ever free Live Chat, Statistics, and Instant Messaging suite

ChatStat offers free 2-way live chat with your website visitors, free MovingGraphTM website statistics, and free instant messaging protocol support for AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, Jabber, GoogleTalk, Skype, and Skype Voice Over IP.

ChatStat also breaks new ground by being the first Live Chat software that can use the Skype VOIP protocol to “call back” customers. When a visitor clicks on the “Call Me Back” button and enters their phone number, it causes ChatStat to open Skype and connect the call using VOIP (Voice over IP). Now your customers can ask for a call back from you, instead of waiting on hold!

These graphs can tell you where traffic is coming from, which search engine terms people are using to find you, and where visitors are geographically.

If you have ever used an instant messenger, then you already know how to use ChatStat. When a visitor comes to your website, their IP address shows up in the ChatStat instant messenger interface, just like a friend on AIM or MSN does. To talk to the web visitor, just click on their IP address in your buddy list. Site visitors can also initiate a chat with you through your site. You can also simultaneously chat with other instant messenger buddies, chat with other operators, transfer calls, make or receive Skype Calls, and view up to the minute statistics on your website.

The software is completely free to use for all but the most advanced features and allows for up to five operators per site at no cost and with no restrictions of any kind. Base web site statistics and unlimited instant messaging are also included at no charge. Customers can turn on and off individual “Features On Demand” to enhance the capabilities of ChatStat.
