  I'd like to see this tutorial edited to add dynamic sites to the mix. Most sites these days are db-driven, and that throws a whole new wrench into things.

  abe, I think it does not effect if you are moving to a good host rather than a free host providers.

  What a farce - ratings don't register!
  Anyway, it's a very basic and poor article, sadly.
  
  You don't have to wait 12-24hrs for the DNS, if you have to, you're doing it wrong.
