Gazzin.com Boosts Customer Support Department

WALNUT, Calif. (6/27/2007) – Gazzin.com (http://www.gazzin.com), a reseller hosting provider hosting over 37,000 domain names, announced today it has increased the size of its customer support department, a move designed to keep up with demand from the company’s ever-increasing user base.

The support department now includes several new certified support representatives, trained to assist customers inquiring about technical concerns. The department also contains representatives assigned exclusively to managing online chat, which will assure faster response times than previously available.

The company boasts a 30 minute or less response time on all tickets, and guarantees 99.9 percent server uptime.

“After five years in business, we understand our customers and exactly the kind of service level they expect and ultimately deserve,” said Deepak Kandhare, Gazzin.com Chief Technical Officer. “We have and will continue to make the necessary corporate improvements to ensure we meet the critical standards we have set for ourselves.”

Gazzin.com has also recently completed the implementation of the HELM hosting management system for its Windows hosting customers. It has hired additional MCSE certified Windows support representatives to manage the growing demand for the product.
