Ashburn, VA (September 20th, 2004) – Defender Hosting announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire PowerVPS, one of the industries leading Virtual Private Server providers. Upon closing of the deal, PowerVPS will continue to operate as a stand-alone brand.
