SCRANTON, PA - June 8, 2004 - BurstNET Technologies, Inc.™ (http://www.burst.net), a leading provider of managed dedicated web hosting services, today announced it is a new member in the Microsoft Certified Partner Program, and has joined the Services Provider Licensing Agreement (SPLA) program. Membership in the Microsoft Certified Partner Program will provide BurstNET™ with resources to help it develop and deploy robust Microsoft solutions that will help speed customers’ time to market and reduce costs.

The Microsoft Certified Partner Program allows BurstNET™ to utilize the Microsoft Certified Partner logo, which is an easy way for customers to recognize BurstNET™ as certified by the Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft offers a variety of resources to program members, including training, technical support, early access to Microsoft products and peer-networking opportunities that allow a variety of partners to come together and provide end-to-end customer solutions.

The agreement allows BurstNET™ to serve as a Microsoft Services Provider License Agent, and to rent licenses to customers on a flexible, month-to-month basis. BurstNET™ is currently licensing Microsoft’s Windows 2003 Web Edition operating system with prices under $15 per month, per license. Microsoft’s Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition is currently available with prices under $25 per month, per license. Together with service from the company's popular NOCSTER™ product line (http://www.nocster.net), as well as the recent product addition of InsPanel (http://www.inspediumsoft.com/), customers can lease a Managed Dedicated Server with fully licensed Windows software and control panel automation—for less than $100 per month!

“When customers are looking to implement a Microsoft technology solution for their business, their best bet is to turn to a company that specializes in such—a Microsoft Certified Partner,” said S. Matthew Arcus, CEO of BurstNET™. “Recently, Microsoft has recognized BurstNET™ for demonstrating this level of expertise and welcomed it as a new Microsoft Certified Partner. Our SPLA agreement with Microsoft provides affordable access to a wide variety of powerful applications that would otherwise be unaffordable to many of our smaller customers.”
