Northam Realty Advisors Limited announced last week the appointment of Bill Henneberry as general manger of its 151 Front Street West facility, (151frontstreet.com) a Toronto, Canada-based carrier hotel. Henneberry replaces Kristen M. Ede, who served as general manager since 1998.

"Kristen Ede made a major contribution to the building's development and we wish her all the success in the future," says Henneberry.

Henneberry is a telecommunications industry veteran, having previously worked 14 years for Bell Canada. Prior to his appointment, Henneberry was consulting independently on data center and telecommunications center build-outs.

Northam Realty Advisors acquired the 151 Front Street West data center facility in January.
